Clinic Online is an Australian telehealth service that connects you with AHPRA-registered Australian GPs on demand — from 7am to midnight, 365 days a year — for online doctor consultations, e-prescriptions, medical certificates, and specialist, pathology and radiology referrals. No subscriptions. No form-based medicine. No waiting rooms.

You speak with a real Australian doctor — by secure video or phone — usually within a few minutes of requesting a consult. If clinically appropriate, prescriptions, certificates and referrals are issued during the consult and sent to your phone as e-scripts and PDFs you can use at any Australian pharmacy, pathology lab, radiology clinic or specialist.

One transparent price — $45 AUD for consultations up to 10 minutes, $59 AUD beyond 10 minutes — with everything your GP issues included. Bulk billing (no out-of-pocket cost) is available for eligible Medicare cardholders — including sexual health, children under 12 months, urgent care after 11pm, and most general GP consultations — eligibility is checked automatically before the consult.
